Utilizing the trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, floor, and vault, students gain confidence and perseverance as they set goals and work to achieve them.

Dancers work on flexibility, coordination, and musicality classes that put the FUN into the fundamentals of classical ballet. Classes include barre work and combinations across the floor. Offered in 4 levels for ages 6+.

Students wishing to be on the pathway to pointe, may enroll in Elevate Ballet. By taking a second, 90 min ballet class per week, Elevate students enhance their overall abilities and achieve personal growth in dance technique. They may audition for the Performance Group and Balance's Competitive Teams.

Hip Hop is a high energy, fast paced dance class with choreography that emphasizes sharp, isolated movements. 

Offered in 4 levels for ages 6+.

The perfect class for cheerleaders working on cartwheels, handstands, roundoffs, and back handsprings. Part of class time will also be devoted to cheer jumps.

Join us as we learn age-appropriate dance combinations that focus on rhythm and coordination set to music they love. Dancers learn a combination that builds into a dance after 4 – 6 weeks.

Designed for talented female athletes ages 6+ who want to elevate their recreational training, the Gym Stars program offers the perfect balance of competitive gymnastics in a supportive environment. Athletes train twice a week and compete in local Gym Stars meets from January to May. 

Offered in various levels for ages 7+, tumbling classes help beginners achieve proper form in a cartwheel and roundoff. Our advanced students achieve a back handspring and more! Tumbling classes use the floor and tumble track; they do not use the beam, vault or bars.

Students work to deepen their splits and straddles, improve their lines, and build injury resilience through smart, effective stretching techniques.

Class ratio 14:1

$40 per month.

Lyrical dance combines elements of ballet and jazz in a fluid, expressive style of dance often set to music with lyrics. Students must be enrolled in a ballet class to enroll in lyrical.  See tuition chart.

Tap lets kids enhance their rhythm and musicality while making a lot of noise! Class includes warm-up, across the floor exercises, and combinations to music they love.

This group is for students wanting multiple performance opportunities throughout the year. Placement is by audition and open to students age 8+ with dance experience in ballet and jazz. Students perform around the community at concerts and festivals. Dancers from this group may audition for Balance's Competitive Dance Team.
