Best suited for ages 6+, Rec 1 utilizes the trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, floor, and vault to learn beginner gymnastics. Students gain confidence and perseverance as they set goals and work to achieve them.
Best suited for ages 7+, this advanced beginner class builds on skills gained from previous gymnastic classes by utilizing the trampoline, balance beam, uneven bars, floor and vault. Students in this level work towards a backbend kickover, handstand forward roll, front limber and a back handspring.
A beginner class for ages 6+ that teaches basic tumbling skills (cartwheel, roundoff, backbend kickover) while working on body conditioning and flexibility.
Tumble 2 focuses on intermediate skills, such as backbend kickovers, walkovers, back handsprings, and roundoff back handsprings. Students must have already mastered a cartwheel and roundoff to be in this level.
A beginner/intermediate class designed specifically for boys ages 6+ that teaches tumbling skills while working on conditioning and flexibility.
This 6-week session will meet on Thursdays from Jan. 5 - Feb. 9 for 90 mins each week. Coach Kirsten, an accomplished collegiate cheerleader, will lead the group through stretching, conditioning, tumbling, and cheerleader jumps.
